Why I Do This
I'm autistic and as a child, I struggled to speak and that experience taught me to treasure words and create platforms where every voice is heard. I also know the pain of abandonment and broken trust. I’ve seen how those same wounds show up in workplaces when employees aren’t supported.
That’s why I focus on retention: because keeping people means protecting trust, stability, and consistent care. Because when people stay, the autism community gets the steady care it deserves.
